Find A Niche And Sell It

Finding a niche market to sell a product or service has proven to be quite the experience. First of all you have to say to yourself, I want to find something profitable, and you want to be extremely interested in it because you need to tend to it and update it regularly. If you find a niche to sell and all the stats (like Micro Niche Finder) say go, great, but you need to pay attention and ensure you add the correct keywords to attract your readers, give the people what they want. Save yourself some time and do the research, visit various blogs and educate yourself on the topic and see what is missing and write about it. I am a big fan of ProBlogger Blog.  I recommend that you sign up for the RSS for ProBlogger, you won’t regret it.  I could read their posts all day. There is a ton of information about how to monetize your blog, how to find your topic of choice , monetizing with adsense, and  smart internet marketing techniques.  I have several websites, all doing okay, but of course could be better, only time, content, and backlinking will help increase the flow of traffic at this time. I am a huge fan of Micro Niche Finder and encourage everyone to use it. Finding a niche can be an ardious process to say the least. I find myself staring at the screen sometimes for more than an hour, which is way too long, according to  several sources.   I find the process for me, needs to be a creative one, so sometimes, I will draft a very long list and then I just pop them in my handy MNF tool and that cuts down so much of  staring into space that I do so well.  I am happy to report this helping me make significant progress now.

Take Your Time

Because I am new to this, only 1 year as an internet marketer, there are parts of it that can be intimidating. I really want to learn as much as I can about this every day and look back every year to see what I have accomplished.  Yes, there are a ton of marketers who are extremely successful, just look at Brian, but I’m talking newbies here, who have just ripped right through his course and are now outsourcing their work daily and are able to find their product niches quickly and run with it.  This is what keeps me going back to the forum where I know I will always find the answers, either through the threads or directly with another member privately.  For more information, I highly recommend you search BLOGbal. There is a vast array of information on this topic that will enhance what you already know.

Bottom line is what you put into it is what you get out of it.  It takes time, but the more you think about what niche to go after, the more the ideas will flow.  Make sure when setting up your niche you are giving the customer/reader what they want, stick to the point, cut out the fluff and you will find them coming back for more.  Again I encourage you to visit ProBlogger.com for tons of marketing ideas.

Your Niche Comes From Your Passion

I was just visiting a wonderful website about finding your niche through  your passion. I highly recommend you visit this site. We all question our passion in life at one time or another, everyone does. I happen to google the words,  ”find my passion”, and came to this site, and bingo, I felt immediately at ease, there are so many ways to find what you want out of life and Cindy can help, she even puts her email and phone number in there for your use.

I am really interested to know other ways that people find their niches so please feel free to share here.

  1. Back links may in fact be a helpful benefit and help in off page online marketing. Have you ever detected back links cause a negative outcome on rankings? And do you know if there is a way to discover when paying per click is better than search engine optimization? I personally own various ventures and even own a link building company. Even so, I sometimes find it helpful to use Google PPC to natural SEO.

I think that in 2010 goes on, the way of on-page and off-page SEO will differ as we think it. I think we will see a transformation to client metrics in determining SERP results. That included with increased personalized results and we’ll be seeing a huge change of the searchers experience with Google and the other SEs. Each search result won’t be made alike, just look at things like user interaction, bounce time, bounce rate, etc… Focus on a better user experience all around, and I think you’ll see better results in 2010.

  3. As a search engine optimization jedi myself, I can easily concur with all of what you have said in your post. Yet, there are 2 things I want to let everyone know of. For 1, Google loves fresh content. And for two, Google loves backlinks to your websites with relevant anchor keywords. If you are able to follow those 2 things, then it won’t matter what sort of SEO strategies or techniques you do. You will rank, and you’ll rank at #1. I’m serious. I apologize for the rambling. I kind of do that a lot.

  4. In my opinion, article marketing is the best way to do Internet Marketing. Here’s a tip for you: Nobody likes long paragraphs. Just why is this important? Your audience didn’t arrived at your article to see a huge essay, they came trying to find specific information. If you don’t let them have what you need, or bury the facts in a huge paragraph, they’d just click the back button and never click your link. So please split up those articles into chunks, and this can be easily read. And just what occurs you follow these suggestions? If you undertake this, of course your audience will obviously be interested in your article, and more keen on finishing the complete article. Which will make it greatly subjected to allow them to click your link and land on your own website.

  5. Great post – yes article writing is definitely worth it in my opinion!

Almost everyone that earnsmoney on the internet (even the millionaires) do so through affiliate marketing. Being successful in affiliate marketing involves knowing the formula that makes other affiliate marketers successful. For instance, autoblogging. Autoblogging has been one of the least well-known forms of making money on the internet for quite some time… primarily because it’s quite difficult to make a good auto-blog. Yet, when done right, it can provide you with a lifetime of passive income with the only real work required being the setting up process. Video Marketing, and several other marketing strategies are all designed to drive traffic to your site, can be incorporated gradually in order to raise the position your site appears in the SERPs when any one searches for a term related to your site. And yet, even this can be totally automated.

  7. I’ve had tons of success publishing articles to article directories. You can simply double your traffic.

I think the research to find a niche market is very important. It requires patience. When we have obtained a potential niche market, the opportunity to earn a livelihood will be very large. We can start expanding it into an advantage by offering our products to target a niche market which we aim.

Great post, I just wanted to say how much I agree with your last point on how your niche comes from your passion. To really market yourself within your niche you will need to be passionate enough to keep on promoting once the initial motivation dies down. It will also show through in your writing, helping you to create more interesting content and really get through to your audience.

    Great job!

  10. As a seasoned Google expert, I could really concur on your article. But, a crucial point for anyone to always consider is that the big G (and others) will rank your website at the top if you attain high PR DoFollow links to your site with the appropriate anchored text. Remember this, and nothing else actually matters.

  11. I really liked this post. You write about this topic very well. Optimized content will help drive your site’s credibility and link building will add page rank to improve your placement on search results pages. Existing web sites in all industry segments will benefit from optimization, driving more traffic through organic placement and links.
